1. Free Shipping & Charges
We offer FREE Shipping across all pincodes in India on all prepaid and partial-COD orders. There are no hidden delivery fees or handling charges.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
All handcrafted wooden toy orders are dispatched from our Mumbai workshop within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays). Once dispatched, you will receive an SMS and WhatsApp update with your live tracking number.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Partial COD
Cash on Delivery is available across most pincodes in India. To prevent fake order cancellations, we also offer a popular ₹99 Partial COD Advance option:
- Pay ₹99 advance online via Cashfree PG to confirm order.
- Pay the remaining balance in cash or UPI directly to the courier agent upon delivery.
4. Address Changes & Order Corrections
If you entered an incorrect shipping address or phone number, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email at care@kasthatoys.com before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, address modifications may delay delivery by 24–48 hours.
5. Damaged Goods in Transit
Every toy is inspected and wrapped in protective eco-friendly packaging. If your package arrives damaged, please take a quick picture/video and contact our support within 7 days. We will dispatch an instant free replacement — no questions asked!
