1. Free Shipping & Delivery Coverage

At kasthatoys, we are committed to making handcrafted, non-toxic wooden toys accessible to every child in India. We offer Free Express Shipping on all orders above ₹499 across all serviceable pincodes in India. For orders below ₹499, a nominal flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

Every toy is handcrafted, quality-checked, and safely packed at our workshop in Surat, Gujarat.

• Dispatch Window: Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are dispatched on the same business day. All other orders ship within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
• Live Tracking: As soon as your order is packed and picked up by our courier partners, you will receive an SMS and WhatsApp message with your tracking link.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Partial Advance Option

We provide Cash on Delivery (COD) across 19,000+ pincodes in India. To prevent fraudulent orders and ensure timely delivery, we also offer our popular ₹99 Partial COD Advance option:

• Pay ₹99 advance online via UPI / Card / Netbanking to instantly confirm your order.
• Pay the remaining balance in cash or UPI directly to the delivery courier agent upon delivery.

4. Address Changes & Order Modifications

Entered the wrong delivery address or contact number? Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +91 70487 61151 or email [email protected] before your package is dispatched.

5. Damaged or Tampered Parcels

All kasthatoys parcels are shipped in eco-friendly protective packaging. In the unlikely event that your parcel appears heavily damaged or tampered with upon arrival, please take a quick photo/video of the box before opening and contact our customer support team within 24 hours. We will dispatch a free replacement immediately.
